Hello everyone,
My name is Mufti Muntasir Ahmed, and I’m thrilled to be joining this esteemed company.
A little about me: I’m an avid foodie. I always try to explore new type and various food. I tried almost all famous food locally made in my country. Also, I find joy in exploring new hobbies and interests outside of work.
I graduated from Bangladesh University of Business & Technology with a degree in Computer Science & Engineering, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills that I’m excited to apply in this role. During my university life I had lots of sweet memories. I participated lots of programming contests to solve the programming challenges. Participating theses improved my logical and mathematical knowledge with various complexity level.
I have been working in this industry about ten years. I gained lots of experiences and challenges. It helped me to widen the thought and improved the skill.
It is being three months at Export Japan and learning a lot from here. This organisation is super friendly environment. All are helping each other. Very much respectful to each other. Any problem either personal or professional , the team is always here for you. I was new in this environment and very shy to communicate. But eventually this office environment make me fit. Isn’t this great. I will always say this is the best decision in my working life. Thank you all , for being supportive without any hesitation. I will try my best to continue this era and working culture.
As of my childhood, it was filled with curiosity and a hunger for learning. I was always tinkering with gadgets and asking endless questions, which eventually led me to pursue a career in computer programming. I believe my diverse background and experiences have prepared me well for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
I’m looking forward to collaborating with each of you and contributing to the success of our team. Thank you for the warm welcome.

私の名前はムフティ・ムンタシール・アーメドです。このような素晴らしい会社に入社できたことをうれしく思います。
私のことを少しご紹介すると、私は食べることが大好きです。私はいつも食べたことのない様々な食べ物を試します。母国で作られている有名な食べ物はほとんど食べてみました。 また、仕事以外の新しい趣味や興味を探求することに喜びを見出しています。
Bangladesh University of Business & Technologyでコンピューター・サイエンス＆エンジニアリングの学位を取得し、貴重な知識とスキルを身につけました。この仕事で活かせることを楽しみにしています。大学生活では、たくさんの良い思い出がありますが、プログラミングの課題を解く、複雑な様々なレベルのコンテストに参加したことで、論理的・数学的知識が向上したと思います。
この業界では約10年近く働いているので、たくさんの経験と挑戦をしてきました。そのおかげで視野が広がり、技術も向上したと思います。
エクスポート・ジャパンで働き始めて3ヶ月が経ち、多くのことを学んでいます。この会社はとてもフレンドリーな環境です。全員が助け合って、お互いをとても尊重しています。個人的な問題でも仕事上の問題でも、チームが助けてくれます。私は最初、この環境に慣れず、コミュニケーションを取るのがとても恥ずかしかったのですが、やがてこのオフィスの環境が私にフィットするようになりました。素晴らしいことだと思います。この決断は、私の社会人生活においてベストな決断だったと思います。何のためらいもなくサポートしてくれた皆さんに感謝しています。これからもこの会社生活が続くように頑張ります。
私の子供時代は、好奇心と学習への意欲で満ちていました。いつもガジェットをいじり、終わりのない質問をしていた私は、やがてコンピューター・プログラミングの道を志すようになりました。私の多様な経歴と経験は、この先に待ち受けている挑戦とチャンスに十分対応できると信じています。
